  A Summary
'Structured Debriefing' is a simple and effective method for reviewing experiences. It follows a set of 'ethical' values built on fairness and equality.
The Centre has led this unique training in Structured Debriefing since 1994.
Training follows a 'Basic Model' and aims to develop debriefing skills.
'Structured Debriefing' is now applied widely by its trained practitioners.
Public, Private and Voluntary Sector Organisations are using it to monitor and
develop performance within their organisations. It is invariably well received.
The Centre has flexible training programmes with 'free' follow up support;
a Consultancy Service; and provides support to a large network of practitioners.
