Over 1,000
people have attended Courses run by the Centre since 1994.
500 have qualified for course certificates. Many have continued
to apply
Structured Debriefing creating a pool of experience and best practice.
The Centre recognised the value of informal support to those who
have
attended courses and who continue to use the process. It has developed
a
regional approach to support its informal network of practitioners.
The regional seminar programme provides opportunities for networking
and
sharing experiences. Seminars are usually 'free' afternoon invitational
events.
Group sizes are small, usually from 6 to 15, and delegates are
a mix from public,
private and voluntary organisations. Programmes are designed
to suit the needs
of the delegates and often start with a review of recent debriefing
experiences.
They are popular and an excellent opportunity to network with
other debriefers.
