Title: 'An Introduction to structured Debriefing'. (Introduced 1994)
Duration: Two and a half days. (20 hours)
Aims: To introduce the technique of Structured Debriefing and enable course members to use it as a creative management tool to develop and monitor performance in and beyond their workplace.
Features: Post course support for 6 months to achieve the 'Applied Certificate'. 'Applied Certificates' are awarded on evidence of two applications.
Cost: From £350.00 for Tuition plus the local delegate fee. (+VAT)
Title: 'Leading Short Structured Debriefings'. (Introduced 1999)
Duration: One day.
Aims: To introduce the technique of Structured Debriefing and to enable course members to lead short small group debriefings to develop and monitor performance in their workplace.
Features: Suitable for first and second line managers. Post course support for 3 months to achieve the 'Leading Certificate'.
Cost: From £150.00 for Tuition plus the local delegate fee. (+VAT)
Title: 'The Link Course'. (Introduced 2002)
Duration: One day.
Aims: To progress awareness and skills in Structured Debriefing from the 'Leading' to the level of the 'Introduction Applied Certificate'.
Features: Delegates must have achieved the 'Leading Course Certificate'.
Post course support is available for 3 months to achieve the 'Applied Certificate'.
Cost: From £200.00 for Tuition plus the local delegate fee. (+VAT)
